Product Material The core material is low-cost and moderately strong carbon steel (such as Q235, 45 steel) or high-strength and wear-resistant alloy steel (such as 40Cr, 35CrMo) or clean environment stainless steel (such as 304, 316).
Product Process The rigid components of metal parts are processed by turning/milling to form shaft holes, keyways, flange surfaces and other structures. Alloy steel (such as 40Cr) needs to be tempered (quenching + high temperature tempering) to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties.
